Castalia Systems is seeking a HUMINT Targeting Specialist, Junior in the Quantico, VA area.

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Provide general, analytical, and administrative support to U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) full spectrum Human Intelligence (HUMINT) collection programs and support operations. 
• Participate in drafting, coordinate, and promulgate Defense HUMINT Targeting reporting.  
• Participate in HUMINT collection requirements processes. 
• Maintain currency and proficiency in Signature Reduction Project Officer functions and use of signature reduction programs. 
• When needed, participate in intelligence community HUMINT working groups and conferences as the USMC representative for HUMINT programs, support operations, objectives, and implementation initiatives. 
• Maintain currency and proficiency in the use and management of applicable DoD communication and reporting systems, databases, and standardized reporting formats. 
• Prepare routine and complex correspondence and reports. 

Security Clearance Requirement:

Active/current TS/SCI clearance is required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have completed formal training as a DoD Targeting Officer or Specialist.
